Hi and welcome to this week's blog post from Under Blue Skies.
I am currently feeling ready to make some changes to this blog in order to bring it into line with where I am in my personal (+ business) life during these strange times.
Whilst I have been away on holiday I have had plenty of time to both think and rethink where I am sitting within the area of Personal Development.
A lot of ideas have been flooding into my mind and the majority of them have been about how the present situation is affecting individuals and businesses alike, (Whether you believe the "pandemic" is real or not), sometimes with catastrophic outcomes.
I feel that there are many people who are floundering about (some of whom have already lost their jobs) without having a clear direction about how to move forwards into the future, whatever that may hold!
So that said I have been doing a lot of thinking and there are a few ideas developing and I hope to be presenting them in greater detail during the next week or so (maybe by way of supplementary posts to the main weekly post). As things look at present these posts will aim to provide some of things that you can do to help your recovery.
These will most likely take the form of several short videos on a range of topics, including Self Belief / Personal Respect / Mindfulness and Affirmations. I will also be aiming to produce at least one new workbook.
My goal is to produce 1 new video and companion book every couple of weeks. The idea behind this being that you can take the book with you if you go out somewhere and you will be able to read it any time you wish (if you cannot get on line).
So to begin that change right now, I would like you to concentrate on one simple thought
"No matter who you are you are entitled to be happy with everyone in your life!"
