It has been a long time coming but I am now able to show the new, restyled work book from Altered Image Coaching.
There are a number of major changes in this version - firstly it is based over 3 months not the usual 12 months of many workbooks; secondly the format is completely different to the previous books in that it is a book primarily designed to help you organise your day to day life and thirdly (biggest of all for me) I am giving this intro version as a download at no cost to you whatsoever.
There is reason behind the madness, and that is:-
Hopefully more people will download a free book than ever bought the "paid for" versions and that can only be better for everyone.
