Welcome to today’s blog post from Altered Image Coaching....
As we continue the series of "Visions For Success" series I continue to maintain the commitment that I have made to you and also to myself!
That commitment forms part my Mission Statement and it is:-

So, with that said, here is post #36 which is called:-
Being Aware Of Anger
Anger is a natural reaction that we experience if we feel threatened or frustrated.
It is the first emotion we experience and yet it is the last one we learn to manage effectively.
Human infants really begin to display anger as early as 4 months old and then, as we get older, we spend the rest of our lives denying it or suppressing it is as a troublesome emotion.
There are believed to be 2 types of anger and they are Destructive Anger and Healing Anger.
Healing Anger is expressed when it arises - at who triggered it and the issue that triggered it.
Destructive Anger is expressed later and often gets connected with a cover up issue!
To control anger - Own your feelings, How angry are you? Why are you frustrated? Share it “I feel as though….etc!” Stamp your feet, slam a door etc.
