Hi and thank you for joining me here on the Altered Image Blog and welcome to Part 2 of How Do I Become A Life Coach which is:-
Finding Your Coaching Niche!
It is necessary, as you being your journey into becoming a coach, that you clearly identify you niche (or place, if you would rather put it that way).
So instead of being really generic and a bit wishy - washy begin with clarity right at the outset! For example, you could coach people to "Find a partners without the use of dating apps" or you could provide help with "finding an impactful career".
This exercise is all about identifying your niche!
So how do you actually choose your niche?
Well I recommend that you start looking for the place between your experience and what people are prepared to pay for.
To do this create a list of your experiences and skills, together with your interests and then give thought to what people might want to pay for.
If someone else is already providing the service that you want to offer to your clients, that is a clear indicator that people want to take the service that you are proposing.
A short list of niche areas that are already our there is:-
Health Coach Habit Coach
Style Coach Career Coach
Success Coach Leadership Coach
Relationship Coach Travel Coach
Discipline Coach Mindset Coach
Goal Setting Coach Life Direction Coach
