the years I have made many mistakes and taken numerous turnings on the road we

believed were right at the time, but the long term effect was that they were
not the best decisions I could have made.

people assume that they are unhappy because of some external factor, they don't
understand that their overall contentment is not casual, it is a manner of
perception. So when we seek ideas of what our best lives would look like, we
focus on what pretty pictures would ease our internal discomfort, rather than

It’s Never Going To Work If You Don’t Plug It In!
How many times have you gone into the kitchen to make a cup of tea
or coffee, filled the kettle put it on the work top, switched it on and then
gone about your business, only to come back some 5 minutes later to find that
the water is stone cold?
Why? - Because you
